KCA Local Caching Server (LCS) provides the following features to enhance your KCA test experience.

• Enables efficient utilization of local school bandwidth by caching KCA test data locally.
• Allows students to continue testing by caching their responses locally in case of any connectivity issues to CETE central servers.
• Provides eas of installation and maintenance.
